Pasta con verduras
Pasta con verduras
Ingredientes
1 bolsa de Espinacas
Ajos picados o 1 cucharada ajo en polvo
1 lata de Alcachofas cocidas
1 tarrina de queso en crema
2 taza de leche
Aceite de oliva
1 cucharada de sal
1 cucharada de pimienta
Pasta 4 tazas cocida.
Queso rallado
Preparación
Cocemos la pasta en una cacerola agua con sal y un chorrito de aceite según instrucciones del envase. Cuando esté al dente , escurrimos y reservamos.
Mientras se cuece la pasta colocamos en el fuego una sartén con un poco de aceite añadimos los dientes de ajos cortados y antes de que se doren agregamos las hojas de Espinacas y removemos. Pasados un par de minutos incorporamos las alcachofas cocidas y volvemos a remover, posteriormente ponemos la crema de queso y removemos de nuevo, después añadimos las tazas de leche, volvemos a remover y salpimientamos.
Removemos y añadimos la pasta cocida, removemos y por último el queso rallado y servir.
